Subprocessors
Running this course means using other companies — to take a payment, to send an email, to play a video. Each one sees a specific slice of your data and nothing beyond it. This is the complete list, and it is short on purpose.
Clerk
Stripe
Neon
The database holding your enrollment and progress.
Everything the course records: enrollment, progress, practice answers, scores and your certificate.
Notion
Keeping the list of people who asked to hear when the course opens, and the feedback students send us about the course.
If you signed up for that list: your name, email address, and any company and crew size you gave. If you send feedback: what you wrote and the page you sent it from, with your account attached unless you asked to send it anonymously.
Mux
Resend
Sending the emails the course has to send.
Your name and email address, for enrollment confirmations, your certificate, renewal reminders and the interest list.
Google Workspace
Receiving the emails you send us, and our replies.
If you write to us, your email address, your message and its attachments.
Vercel
Running the site, storing files, counting page views and sign-ups.
Request logs including your IP address, the certificate PDFs we generate, and anonymous page-view and sign-up analytics.
Neon is now part of Databricks. The database itself is unchanged, but Neon, LLC is a Databricks company and its privacy notice and data-processing addendum are Databricks’ own. The links above go there rather than to neon.com, which redirects.
Two things that are not on this list, because they do not exist. There is no advertising network, no tracking pixel, no session-replay tool and no customer-data platform anywhere in this product. Vercel’s page-view counter is the only analytics on the site, and it does not store your IP address.
Payload, the system the course content is written in, runs inside this application rather than as a separate service, so it is not a subprocessor.
