Most of it keeps sign-in working and safe: Clerk runs our sign-in, and Cloudflare protects Clerk’s service from bots and floods of requests. One item remembers that you turned the volume down. One counts video views, and it is the only one that exists for our benefit rather than yours.

Removing the video cookie is safe. Clearing muxData in your browser settings costs you nothing — videos play exactly the same way, and our view count is a little less accurate. The sign-in cookies are a different matter: clearing those signs you out.
What is not here. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no session-replay tool, and nothing that follows you to another site. We do not sell or share any of this.
Our page-view counter, run by Vercel, sets no cookie at all and does not store your IP address. Stripe sets cookies while you are paying, but that happens on Stripe’s own pages rather than ours. The full list of companies involved is on the subprocessors page.
